Enhance series high-efficiency heavy oil conversion catalyst
The Enhance series of catalysts are high-efficiency catalysts for heavy oil conversion, utilizing high hydrogen transfer activity molecular sieves as the active component. They primarily employ our company's RDZ, BPM, SAM, and GAT technologies. Through precise regulation of rare earth distribution and chemical bonding states, and the use of dual mesoporous alumina materials with a gradient distribution of mesopores (8-15 nm) and macropores (50-100 nm), they combine high acidity and gradient pore distribution, enabling confined cracking of heavy oil macromolecules and selective production of lighter products.
The Enhance series of catalysts exhibit high activity, high structural stability, strong heavy oil conversion capability, good coke selectivity, and good resistance to metal contamination, making them particularly suitable for use with feedstocks that contain high levels of metals (Ni+V≥10000ppm) or high residual carbon and poor quality.
